Veggie Nugget Pasta with Lemon Cream

*Ingredients (for 2 servings)*
・2 servings (160-200g) dried pasta
・8 veggie nuggets
・200㏄ milk
・1 lemon
・2 teaspoons consommé
・A pinch of salt
・A pinch of pepper
・50㏄ water

*Directions*
① Cook the pasta as directed on the package. Cut half of the lemon into slices for garnish and squeeze half to make lemon juice.
② Heat a frying pan over low heat, add the veggie nuggets and 50㏄ of water, cover and steam for about 3 minutes.
③ Cook the veggie nuggets until cooked.
When the veggie nuggets are cooked, add milk, consommé, salt and pepper, and heat until just before boiling.
Add lemon juice and cooked pasta, mix well, and serve.

*Point*
Since lemon and edamame in nuggets go very well together, the key is to use a whole lemon to bring out the full flavor of the lemon.
