How to make Anko (bean paste)
1. Cook red bean (200 gram) in water over medium heat in 5 minutes. Then take out and wash the bean with cold water.
2. Put drained red bean to the pot again, cook ~40 minutes more.
3. When the beans get soft, drain out all the remain water, put brown sugar (200gram) and a pinch of salt, stir well over small heat until the juice is all gone. Cool it down then enjoy!
